摘要:本文聚焦15个有效案例,按照观念创新、内容创新、平台创新三重维度完成2024年中国跨文化传播创新实践研究。观念创新呈现出面向全球开放的具身转向与跨文化能力的提升;内容创新倾向于基于真实生活图景的跨文化情感交流;平台创新表现在贴近不同区域的精准定位与技术赋能的全球连接。这些创新实践呈现四个特征:第一,面向全球开放的中国日常生活世界,有效吸引世界各国游客借由具身体验,自主自发地传播中国故事,构建丰富立体、真实具象、与世界互动的中国形象;第二,与他者交流的强烈愿望,推动很多中国人不断从语言学习、技术创新、场景搭建、商贸服务等各方面提升个体的跨文化能力;第三,人工智能技术的快速应用和普及,实质上加速了全球传播秩序的重构,并带来了人机交流等新的跨文化传播情境与问题;第四,中华优秀传统文化创造性转化呈现出较强的文化间对话能力,特别是标志性产品和平台的出现,拓展了文化中国全球传播的新路径。总体上看,中国跨文化传播创新实践显示出更深层的情感表达与数智化特征。
英文摘要:This paper focuses on 15 effective cases and completes the research on Chinese intercultural communication innovation practice in 2024 according to the three dimensions of concept innovation,content innovation and platform innovation.Concept innovation manifests as an embodied turn toward global openness and enhanced intercultural competence.Content innovation favors intercultural emotional communication based on real-life scenarios.Platform innovation manifests precise positioning in close proximity to different regions and technologically-enabled global connectivity.These innovations are characterized by four features:First,the globally oriented presentation of China’s daily life has effectively attracted international tourists to autonomously disseminate Chinese narratives through embodied experiences,constructing a multidimensional,concrete,and interactive national image.Second,the strong desire for intercultural communication has driven numerous Chinese individuals to continuously improve their intercultural competence through language acquisition,technological innovation,scenario construction,and commercial services.Third,the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence technology has accelerated the restructuring of global communication order while introducing new intercultural contexts and challenges,particularly in human-machine communication.Fourth,the creative transformation of China’s outstanding traditional culture demonstrates remarkable intercultural dialogue capabilities,with the emergence of iconic products and platforms pioneering novel approaches for global dissemination of cultural China.On the whole,Chinese intercultural communication innovation practice shows deeper emotional expression and digital-intelligent characteristics.
