范周 :中国传媒大学文化产业研究院院长、首席研究员、教授,联合国全球创意经济顾问,《中国文化产业》杂志、《中国娱乐产业》杂志总编辑。先后在北京市朝阳区、河北省承德市挂职,主抓文化产业工作,积累了丰富的实践经验。作为2008年度“中国文化产业十大领军人物”之一,致力于研究文化产业政策体系、区域文化产业发展和国际文化产业发展模式,近年发表文化产业相关论文几十篇,并主持了多项省部级课题,为文化产业学术理论构建和政策参考做出了杰出成绩。Dr.Fan Zhou,leading professor and Dean of Institute for Cultural Industries of Communication University of China,the Chief Editor of China's Cultural Industry and China's Entertainment Industry.He has been work as the assistant Mayor in charge of cultural industry in Chengde city,Hebei province.As the "Creative economy Consultant of UN”and one of the“leading personnel of Cultural Industries in China 2008”,Fan devoted himself in research of cultural policies,international and regional cultural industries.He published many papers and books on cultural industries,and has been the leading researcher of national and provincial research projects,making contributions to academic research and policy-making in China.
